LinkedIn Integration Information
When you connect a LinkedIn account or Company Page to Zyber Social Publisher, LinkedIn may provide:
- LinkedIn member identifier and basic profile information
- Identifiers for Company Pages you administer
- OAuth access tokens and authorized permissions
- Approved post content, publishing status, and LinkedIn post identifiers
- Technical responses needed to confirm whether a post was published successfully
Zyber Group does not receive or store your LinkedIn password.
Zyber Social Publisher only publishes content after an authorized user reviews and explicitly approves it. It does not send bulk messages, scrape LinkedIn, purchase engagement, or automatically like, comment on, or share third-party content.
Information Collected Automatically
Our website, hosting, security, and authentication providers may process limited technical information, including:
- IP address
- Browser and device information
- Requested pages
- Access dates and times
- Security, diagnostic, and error logs
- Essential cookies or similar technologies needed for authentication, security, and website operation
We do not use this information for behavioral advertising.
How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and services
- Respond to inquiries and service requests
- Authenticate authorized administrators
- Generate, review, approve, and publish LinkedIn content
- Confirm publication and troubleshoot errors

How We Share Information

- LinkedIn, when an authorized user approves content for publication
- Google Firebase and Google Cloud, which support website hosting, authentication, data storage, and security

- Government authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security
- A successor organization during a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets
Zyber Group does not sell or rent personal information or LinkedIn data. We do not use LinkedIn data for advertising, lead generation, mass messaging, surveillance, or discriminatory purposes.
Data Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for business operations, security, legal compliance, and the purposes described in this policy.
LinkedIn OAuth tokens are retained only while the integration remains authorized and operational. LinkedIn-sourced information is retained and deleted according to LinkedIn’s API requirements. Tokens and associated LinkedIn data will be deleted when:
- The user requests deletion
- The user disconnects the integration
- Authorization expires and is not renewed
- The application stops operating
- LinkedIn requires deletion
Information not obtained from LinkedIn, such as independently created drafts and business records, may be retained when reasonably required for legal, security, or operational purposes.
Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Request access to personal information
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion
- Obtain a copy of certain information
- Withdraw consent
- Object to or restrict certain processing
Submit requests to info@zybergroup.com with the subject line Privacy Request. We may verify your identity before completing a request.
You may revoke Zyber Social Publisher’s LinkedIn access through your LinkedIn account settings. After revocation, the application will no longer be able to publish on your behalf.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse. These safeguards include access controls, authenticated administration, encrypted network connections, and restricted access to credentials.
No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
International Processing
Our service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are intended for business and professional users. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
